Read the trip descriptions, contact us for more information, and when you are ready to reserve your space on a tour print out the
Trip Reservation Form. Please fill out the information on the form, sign both pages, and return it to us at the time you make your initial payment.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT GENERAL TERMS

Reservations are provisionally confirmed for 14 days pending receipt of your deposit or full payment.  Payments can be made by check or credit card. Complete details of the schedule for payments and any allowable refunds can be found on the back of our Trip Reservation Form – Terms and Conditions. You can access this form from the link above, or we can mail a copy to you. Participants on tours longer than one day in duration must fill out this form and return it to us when your tour is confirmed.

Each tour participant will be mailed a complete itinerary, and an invoice. After 15 days all reservations will automatically cancel if no payment has been received.

Comprehensive Travelers Insurance is required for all Africa Safaris. We strongly recommend comprehensive travelers insurance for all tours to protect your investment and your health in case you experience unforeseen circumstances.. Thiese policies covers medical and emergency evacuation for sickness or injury, reimbrusement for qualifying trip cancellations or delays, and baggage loss or delay. Complete details of the policies and the premiums can be found at the link above.  Premiums for traveler’s insurance may be made directly to the insurance company after you have read the brochure detailing the policy coverage.
