The Best Time to Go to Peru:

Your visit to Peru can be organized at any time of the year; it is possible to travel in groups or individually. Although we have weather changes during the year, these are not an impediment for makiing the trip. Please take note that:

The climate can be divided into wet and dry seasons.
• The dry season is from April to October.
• The rainy season: November and December are wetter months, and the rainy season reaches its peak from January to March.
• Cultural visits can be made to Peru at any time of the year.
• Those wanting to avoid crowds should avoid the high season from June to September.
• Annual local festivals take place at all times of the year. They can be an interesting highlight in your itinerary.
• The best trekking season is from March to December.
• The rainforest can be visited at any time of the year. Rain, of course, can be expected at any time of year in the jungle, but the heaviest rains come between January and March.
• The four and five day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is closed in February.
